A 61-year-old man from Ohio has been arrested for selling fake urine for drug tests, according to a report by Lee Moran for Daily News.
The suspect, identified as David Neal from Middletown, Ohio, is now facing up to six years in prison and a fine of $350,000 for selling fake urine online that will supposedly help drug users pass workplace drug tests. His merchandise includes items with names like “Urine Luck” and “Magnum Unisex Synthetic Urine”.
Neal pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud the United States and introduction of misbranded drugs into interstate commerce in Pittsburgh, and will be handed down his sentence on May 13.
